CEO Craig Anderson recognized for efforts to grow revenues, earnings.

Scottish Salmon Company CEO Craig Anderson was named a Transformational Leader by global consultancy firm Ernst & Young's as part of its Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Scotland.

Anderson now moves to the next regional level, competing on a UK-wide level. He was shortlisted for the award in May.

Anderson was recognized for helping the company reach £180 million (€202.2 million/$228.6 million) in revenues, export to 26 countries and employ over 650 employees.

The company reported strong results during the first quarter with revenues jumping 23 percent and earnings rising 33 percent compared with last year.
